Every GATE plan includes your own named agent with a memory of your business, a chat that shows each step the agent takes, and approvals on high-impact actions: by default, sales emails wait for a person's yes and new ads are created paused. GATE's servers are in Germany and Finland, and GATE's data processing agreement is published, with a signed copy from legal@gate.software.

Yes, as a scoped setup. By default GATE's servers run in Germany and Finland, while model calls and a few services around them run in the United States under the EU's Standard Contractual Clauses. For all processing inside the EU/EEA, GATE Intelligence scopes a local EU package with the customer, with AI, email, data and hosting on EU-based providers; until it is agreed and set up, the default setup applies.

GATE takes the boring half of running a company off a founder's plate: the books, social posts, the support inbox, outreach and the website.
