Document signing

Documents signed, sealed, and certified.

Send a contract, agreement, or meeting minutes for signature. Each signer gets a no-login link, signs in their browser, and you get back a sealed PDF with a certificate of completion that records every signer, the method, and the timestamp.

How it works

From upload to a sealed, certified file.

No accounts for your signers and no plugins to install. The document comes back sealed with the proof baked in.

01Upload and add signers

Send any PDF.

Upload the document and add the signers by email. Each one gets a private, no-login signing link.

02They sign anywhere

No account needed.

A signer opens the link on phone or desktop, draws or types their signature, and confirms. No sign-up, no app to install.

03We seal it

A certified, sealed PDF.

When the last signer is done, GATE assembles a sealed PDF with an embedded certificate of completion, the document hash, and the full audit trail.

04You keep the proof

Who signed, when, how.

Every signature, authentication method, and timestamp is recorded. The sealed file and the certificate are yours to keep and to show.

What you get

A signature that holds up.

No-login

No accounts, no friction

Signers never create an account. They open a link, sign, and they're done. The barrier that kills completion is removed.

Certified

Proof that stands up

Every completed document comes with a certificate of completion listing every signer, the authentication method, and the timestamp, plus the document hash.

Audit trail

A signed, timestamped record

The whole signing flow is recorded end to end, so you can show what happened, to whom, and in what order.

Never downgraded

The method you asked for, or nothing

Drawn and typed signatures work today. BankID, SMS codes and eIDAS are not available yet, and requiring one is refused when you create the request rather than quietly swapped for something weaker. You never discover afterwards that a signature was collected a different way than you specified.

Org-scoped

Your documents stay yours

Signing requests are scoped to your organization. No one outside it sees your documents or your signers.

EU-resident

Signed on EU rails

Runs on Stockholm-hosted, EU-resident infrastructure, consistent with GDPR.

How it fits

Signing, joined to the paperwork around it.

Signing is one step in a document's life. The same platform drafts the contracts and legal documents you send for signature, keeps every sealed PDF and certificate in your company files, and runs on the same platform as the agents that handle the rest.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Do signers need an account?

No. Each signer gets a private no-login link. They open it, sign in the browser, and they're done.

Is the signature legally defensible?

Each completed document includes a certificate of completion with every signer, the authentication method, the timestamp, and the document hash, alongside a full audit trail.

Can I require BankID or SMS verification?

Not yet. Drawn and typed signatures are what works today. Those stronger methods are built but not connected to a provider, so asking for one is refused at the moment you create the request. The refusal is deliberate: the alternative is collecting a weaker signature than you asked for without telling you.
