Is this a staff rostering or shift-planning tool?
No. GATE does not build shift schedules for personnel. AI scheduling in GATE means agents that run work on a schedule and manage your calendar: recurring jobs, reminders, reports, follow-ups, and meetings booked for you. If you need employee shift planning, that's a different kind of tool.
Does it actually do the work, or just remind me?
It does the work. A scheduled job is an agent that fires at the set time and carries the task out: writing the report, checking the mailbox, sending the follow-up. Plain reminders exist too, but the value is the job running without you.
Which calendars does it work with?
Google Calendar (read and create events) and Microsoft 365 (read your Outlook calendar). Meeting invites from booked meetings land in the calendar like any other event.
How do I change or cancel a schedule?
Say so in the chat: "make that daily", "skip next week", "stop the Friday report". The agent updates or removes the schedule. There is no settings page you have to find.
