Do I need to bring my own contacts?
Yes, and deliberately so. You add the people you want to reach, one at a time or as a file, and the agent will not invent contacts to fill a list. What it does instead is research the ones you gave it: their site, their socials, a short summary of what they do, each with a note of where it came from.
Is this a mass email blast?
No. Each email is written for the person receiving it, in your voice. The agent personalizes every message rather than firing one template at a list.
What stops a lead going quiet?
Nothing stops it, but nothing hides it either. Ask which deals have gone cold and you get them listed with how long they have been silent and a suggested next move, from following up to marking it lost. The agent surfaces them; acting on them is your call.
What happens when someone replies?
Three things, in this order. The reply is pulled off your connected mailbox onto that lead's timeline, usually within about five minutes. The follow-ups scheduled for that person stop, and any outreach draft still waiting in your approval queue is withdrawn, so nobody gets chased after answering. Then the reply is read and sorted into one of five: interested, a question, an objection, not right now, or a no. Interested asks to book a time, a question or an objection gets an answer drafted for you, a no closes the lead with the reason on it, and not right now is left on the timeline for you to judge. On the setting it ships with, each of those still waits for your approval. It needs your mailbox connected to GATE, and it drafts one answer rather than holding a conversation as you.
Can I see what was sent?
Yes. Every email, follow-up, and booking is logged, so you have a full record of what went out and what came back.
How do I know what needs me?
The morning brief. It is a short read-out of what is waiting: the approvals sitting in the queue and the replies to triage, so you start from a list of decisions rather than from a dashboard you have to interpret.
Does it send emails without me seeing them first?
Only if you tell it to. The autonomy is a dial, not a switch: in Manual the agent drafts and you send, in Copilot it queues each email for your approval before it goes out, and on Autopilot it runs the sequence itself. You set the level per action, and you can pause autopilot for any single lead at any time.
