In Adam's words

You'll get it the moment you start using it. It's the most insane thing I've used, and I'm a technical guy. Everyone in my organization and friends who've seen it has been blown away. Several have even wanted to work with us, or with GATE.

The story

How did Habitual put its business on GATE?

From one person on every front to one agent doing the work.

01

Before GATE: one person, every front

Adam ran marketing, finance, ads, social and customer service himself, at once and well past normal hours. The hardest part was keeping a steady flow everywhere while staying on top of the data and a constant stream of new ideas.

02

The turning point: a demo account

Adam started on a GATE demo account, and it took over the operation fast. He was not skeptical going in, just stunned at how much it handled, as someone who calls himself a technical person.

03

Now: one agent, briefed in plain language

Adam tells his agent what he wants in plain words and it does the work, consistently and on-brand, while he decides what ships. His team works faster too, not only Adam.

04

The results

33% more sales, capacity for five times the orders, a 50% faster site and roughly ten times more done each week. Without GATE, Adam says he would have had to hire a social media manager, a marketing lead and a programmer.

FAQ

Straight answers.

What is Habitual?

Habitual is a Swedish direct-to-consumer brand of vegan, sugar-free gummy supplements, sold through its own Shopify store at habitual.se. It is built on clean, high-quality ingredients, the lowest climate impact the team can manage and a real focus on customer service, and a share of its profit is donated. Five people and an intern run Habitual, with Adam as founder, and the business runs on GATE.

How does Habitual use GATE?

Habitual runs on one GATE agent that Adam, the founder, briefs in plain language. By Adam's account the agent manages Google Ads and Meta, the content calendar, copy and video, several websites and their code, SEO, customer messages on WhatsApp, Instagram and iMessage, analysis, admin and finance, and part of operations, with custom integrations GATE built for Habitual's flow.

What results has Habitual seen with GATE?

Habitual reports 33% more sales since putting the business on GATE, capacity for five times the orders, a 50% faster site and roughly ten times more done each week. Every figure is reported by Habitual itself. Adam says that without GATE he would have had to hire a social media manager, a marketing lead and a programmer.

How many AI agents does Habitual use?

Habitual uses one GATE agent. Adam briefs that one agent across the whole business, from ads and content to the websites, customer messages and finance, which is how most companies use GATE: one named agent, sometimes two, rather than a separate agent for every job. His team works with it as well, and works faster for it.

What does Habitual's agent not do yet?

Printing is the one part of Habitual's work not yet handed to its GATE agent, and only because that integration has not been built. Everything else on Adam's list, from ads and content to the websites, customer messages, finance and part of operations, runs through the agent today, and Adam still decides what ships.

How did Habitual get started with GATE?

Adam started Habitual on a GATE demo account, and the agent took over the operation fast. He was not skeptical going in, he says, just stunned at how much it could handle, as someone who calls himself a technical person. GATE is invite only today while GATE Intelligence onboards a small number of businesses.

Can GATE do the same for my online store?

GATE gives an online store its own agent for the work around the orders: answering shoppers, social posts, newsletters, ads that start paused, landing pages and reading Shopify orders. Habitual's numbers are Habitual's own and depend on its business, so GATE does not promise the same figures. GATE is invite only while it onboards a small number of businesses.
